A cafe devoted to cookies has opened up at the top of Old Orchard Street. Christina's Classic Cookies not only offers a variety of different flavors of freshly baked cookies, but also serves breakfast treats like coffee cake and muffins in the morning. I spoke with Gabe Perez, who said his mom Christina makes such great cookies his family decided to get into the baking business.
