Christina's Classic Cookies
A cafe devoted to cookies has opened up at the top of Old Orchard Street. Christina's Classic Cookies not only offers a variety of different flavors of freshly baked cookies, but also serves breakfast treats like coffee cake and muffins in the morning. I spoke with Gabe Perez, who said his mom Christina makes such great cookies his family decided to get into the baking business. Listen to the podcasts below to hear Gabe talk about their cafe, their cookies, and the cookie jar collection that serves as decor!
